When we feel pain and go to the doctor, he usually prescribes anti-inflammatory drugs and painkillers. But did you know that you can prevent it naturally with home remedies?
The natural remedy you’ll learn to prepare today consists of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant ingredients that help strengthen bones and joints. J
ust to give you an idea, did you know that most joint ointments contain an ingredient found in hot peppers? Yes, that’s right!

3 tablespoons cayenne pepper;
1 cup olive oil;
1/2 cup beeswax;
Tip: We recommend using white beeswax, but if you can’t buy it, you can use regular beeswax. Both are available at health food stores.
Mix the cayenne pepper with olive oil, which also has an anti-inflammatory effect. Then put the mixture in a pan and heat it in a water bath for ten minutes.
Add the beeswax drops and mix well until the ingredients are well incorporated. Transfer to a glass container and refrigerate for ten minutes. Then stir with a spoon, and put in the refrigerator for another 15 minutes and stir again.
Store in a glass jar with a lid and refrigerate for up to two weeks. Apply the cream to the sore area and massage it deep into the joint. The massage stimulates blood circulation in the affected joint and relieves pain.
And remember, wear gloves when handling chili peppers and don’t touch your face, mouth and/or eyes as this can cause irritation. If you accidentally splash some on your face or eyes, wash the affected area immediately under running water.
