PewDiePie, Mandela & others: Does being referenced by NZ mosque attacker make one culpable?

Prior to the massacre, a 74-page racist manifesto was posted – on a page believed to be connected to the gunman.There he identifies himself as a fascist – and encourages attacks on non-whites – saying they are invaders.

In the manifesto he also names the figures who inspired him, with Donald Trump and the Norwegian white supremacist and mass murderer, Anders Breivik, among them. The attacker also said he wanted his actions to pit political parties around the world against each other.
