Scottish YouTube researcher Streetcap1 appears determined to prove the popular conspiracy theory that we have never made it to the Moon, by scouring through NASA archives looking for anomalies.
In the latest clip he suggests that if an astronaut in a heavy backpack lost his footing on the Moon, he would still tumble over, despite the much lower gravity on the lunar surface to that on Earth.
In a video entitled “Apollo 17 Footage: Astronaut: How did he stay Upright?”, he posed just that question.
The video shows one of the astronauts buckle at the knees and start to fall backwards, before correcting himself and not toppling over.
Streetcap1 added in the video description: “Look at this, he stumbles, both legs together, huge backpack, bulky spacesuit, how on Moon did he not topple?
“His centre of gravity had gone. The strength of gravity has no bearing on losing your centre of gravity, you would still lose your balance. Basic Physics.”
