Concentrated lemon juice has countless health benefits, such as:
Lemon peel, which is part of our recipe, has a high content of hesperidin and polyphenols, two substances that properly metabolize glucose, preventing it from accumulating in the blood.
In addition, the soluble fiber of lemon helps the body to eliminate excess sugar.
Detoxifies the liver
The citric acid found in lemons and other citrus fruits is a natural detoxifying agent.
Citric acid strengthens the liver and ensures that the organ eliminates toxins and impurities in the blood more quickly and efficiently and prevents excess fat from accumulating.
Controls the level of LDL cholesterol
The soluble fiber in lemon also combats LDL cholesterol, the so-called bad cholesterol.
Controls blood pressure
The compounds contained in lemon improve the flexibility of the arteries, which facilitates the flow of blood in the circulatory system.
It also improves the function of blood vessels and strengthens the health of the heart.
This lowers the likelihood of contracting diseases such as high blood pressure, thus reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. Isn’t that incredible?

Want to learn how to make concentrated lemon juice?
You need 4 large lemons.
Rinse your lemons thoroughly and then quarter each of them.
After cutting, place the lemon quarters in a blender or food processor and puree for 2 minutes.
Don’t add water or sugar.
The goal is a concentrated and full juice.
After 2 minutes, pour the green paste into a container and store it in the refrigerator.
How to drink it:
Your concentrated lemon juice will have a paste-like consistency when it’s ready.
You can consume it pure or dilute it in a little water.
If you prefer to dilute it, add no more than a tablespoon of your concentrated juice to a glass with 10 ounces of water.
Stick to these measurements exactly to keep the juice concentrated.
Drink the diluted version every day on an empty stomach, 15 to 20 minutes before your breakfast.
Although its flavor is strong, it’s best not to add sweeteners.
Concentrated lemon juice can be drunk for up to 30 days in a row.
After this period, you should alternate the consumption, i.e. every other day.
