The New York Times has done it again. They’ve uncritically published an outrageous story claiming that political unrest, this time in Latin America, was caused by Russian bots. Lee tears into the story that seeks to push the blame for the US’s recent interventions in Venezuela, Bolivia, and more on internet trolls in Moscow.
Gareth Porter has just written “The CIA Insiders Guide To The Iran Crisis” with friend of the show John Kiriakou. He sat down with Lee to discuss what’s really happening between the US and Iran and how it mirrors the US’s war against the people of Vietnam. Natalie McGill finishes the show by taking down a journalist who called the police on a Target manager over a mispriced toothbrush.
